Can I deposit tokens into Falcon and sell them?
Absolutely! You can deposit any asset from the Solana Network into your Falcon wallet and sell it.
I transferred SOL, but it’s not showing up. What should I do?
Troubleshooting:
Verify the transaction on Solscan (solscan.io) to ensure it was sent to the correct address and was successful. If it’s confirmed but not visible, reach out to our support team via Telegram.
Ensure you’re using the official bot link.
If you transferred from a CEX, check directly with the CEX to confirm the transfer was completed. Delays are possible.
What are the transaction fees?
Falcon charges a fee of 0.9% with a referral or 1% without. Fees are only applied to successful transactions.
What slippage should I set?
Default Slippage: The default slippage on Falcon is 15%.
Adjusting Slippage: Adjust based on your trading preferences. Higher volatility may require a higher slippage setting, while lower volatility with more liquidity allows for tighter settings.
Error Handling: If you encounter errors due to "slippage exceeded," increase your slippage percentage.
Special Considerations: For Token22 and SPL22 tokens, taxes may impact the necessary slippage. Ensure your settings reflect these factors.
What is a gas priority fee?
A gas priority fee is paid to prioritize your transaction on the network.
Options on Falcon:
Preset: Fast - 0.0015; Hyper - 0.0075
Custom: Set your own fee.
What does MEV Protection do?
MEV Protection (JITO Slots) secures your transaction against MEV bots, ensuring privacy and preventing front-running.
How to Enable MEV Protection:
Go to the main menu (type /start) and select "Settings."
In Settings, enable MEV Protection for both Buys and Sells.
Note: Only about 30% of Validators support MEV Protected transactions (JITO Slots), which may affect transaction speed.
Why can’t I get a quote for this token?
Ensure you are using a valid token address, not a pool address.
Why did my transaction fail?
Failure - Slippage Exceeded: Your set slippage percentage was exceeded during execution. Increase your slippage or use the "Proceed Anyway" button. For copy trading, adjust slippage settings in your copy trade module.
Failure - Insufficient Funds for Gas: Ensure you have sufficient SOL for the transaction, including fees and priority tip.
Failed to Execute (on sell): Verify that you are not blacklisted or frozen by checking your token account on Solscan:
Access your wallet on Solscan.
Navigate to "Portfolio."
Locate the token.
Check the account status for any freeze.
What does slippage exceeded mean?
It means the slippage percentage you set was surpassed during the transaction. Increase your slippage or use the "Proceed Anyway" button. For copy trading, update settings in your copy trade module.
I can’t see my token, where is it?
Check your hidden tokens in the settings and unhide them to view them in your portfolio and sell menu.
Settings -> Show/Hide Tokens
